After any order, you will receive an e-mail with the exact URL to type, a USER and a PASSWORD. Many do a “cut and paste” in a wrong way, often including blank spaces which do not allow the access.

Depending on the various video file types, there may be different video codings. On each page there is a link for the correct coding. It’s sufficient to install it and restart your computer.
A second reason for the problem may be created by the type of internet connection you are using. In this case, before purchasing, please verify the amount of Mb to be downloaded and consider that with slow connections it may be long time to allow the buffering of some files. In this case, be patient. The file will be downloaded, but the waiting time may be considerable.
With fast connections, ADSL type, the problem does not exist, but you should allow for the buffering of each file in any case.
A third reason for a problematic vision could be created by the FIREWALL installed on you computer. You have to configure it well, or disable it temporarily. All our files of our areas are safe and verified.

Please proceed as follows:

Select your purchase
Insert an e-mail address in the interface page of STREAMPAYMENT and wait patiently without closing the page itself, since very often the server of the Bank is slow;
In the interface of the Bank on the https circuit, you have to insert again your e-mail address where “EMAIL DI CONFERMA” (it means “e-mail confirmation”) appears, then with the combo select the type of credit card you wish to use.
